During the initial consultation we will discuss and understand how you envisage using the space. 

We take into consideration your lifestyle, your maintenance requirements and budget, as well as your specific site conditions, for example: aspect, light, shade, topography, soil conditions and drainage. All those elements will constitute your Client Brief.

Following our meeting you will be provided with a personalised Design Fee Proposal for your consideration.

The design phase will begin upon the acceptance of your Design Fee Proposal.

The first step is to undertake a detailed site assessment including measurements and recording heights if required. Once this information has been collated your Concept Design will commence.

We will then work towards creating your unique and personalised garden design, that will take into consideration your client brief. Combining form, function, scale, balance, emphasis, movement and contrast.

Working with you in the development stages of the design to make any necessary changes, ensuring the final design outcome suits you perfectly.

Once the final Concept Design is approved, we will then move forward to creating a detailed Master Plan. 

The Master Plan details all of the elements that make up your design. This can include detailed construction drawings, section and elevation drawings, measurements for all hardsacping elements (example. paving, retaining walls, decks, pergolas etc.).

Along with the Master Plan a Planting Plan will be provided which includes a Planting Schedule, detailing all the softscaping elements. (example. plant names, plant locations and quantities required etc.)

Additional plans for Irrigation and Garden Lighting can be provided if required.

We will also provide you with a detailed proposed scope of works and an itemised quote for your consideration.
